Lavender Citrus Roasted Potatoes

A simple, beautiful way to use your Lavender Citrus Salt

Ingredients

  • 4 cups baby potatoes, halved

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1–2 tsp Lavender Citrus Salt

  • Fresh parsley or chives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil.

  3. Roast for 35–40 minutes until golden and crisp.

  4. Sprinkle with Lavender Citrus Salt immediately after baking.

  5. Finish with fresh herbs if desired.

Sweet Potato Breakfast Skillet

Serves: 2–4

Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, diced

  • 4 eggs

  • Olive oil

  • 1–2 tsp Lavender Orange Salt

  • 2 tbsp goat cheese

  • Handful of microgreens

  • Optional: sliced shallots or fresh herbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil and Lavender Orange Salt. Roast in an oven-safe skillet or baking dish for 25–30 minutes until tender.

  3. Make small wells between the sweet potatoes and crack eggs into each space.

  4. Return to oven for 6–10 minutes, until eggs are cooked to your liking.

  5. Top with goat cheese, microgreens, and extra Lavender Orange Salt before serving.

Citrus Herb Chicken & Spaghetti Squash

Serves: 2–3

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs

  • 1 small spaghetti squash

  • Olive oil

  • 1–2 tsp Lavender Citrus Salt

  • 2 tbsp goat cheese

  • Handful of microgreens

  • Optional: fresh parsley, lemon wedge

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Halve spaghetti squash, remove seeds, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle lightly with Lavender Citrus Salt. Place cut side down on a baking tray.

  3. Rub chicken thighs with olive oil and season generously with Lavender Citrus Salt.

  4. Roast squash and chicken for 35–45 minutes, until chicken is golden and squash is tender.

  5. Shred squash with a fork and divide into bowls. Top with roasted chicken, crumbled goat cheese, and fresh microgreens.

  6. Finish with a squeeze of lemon if desired.

Lavender Honey Latte

Ingredients:

1 cup hot milk (any kind)

1 tsp honey

Pinch culinary lavender buds (or ¼ tsp Lavender Sugar)

1 shot espresso or ½ cup strong coffee

Instructions:

1. Warm milk with lavender (do not boil)

2. Let steep 3–5 minutes, then strain

3. Stir in honey and coffee

4. Sip + enjoy calm

Lavender Citrus Scones

Ingredients:

• 2 cups gluten-free flour

• ¼ cup Lavender Sugar

• 1 tbsp baking powder

• Zest of 1 lemon

• ½ cup cold butter or coconut oil

• ¾ cup milk

Instructions:

1. Mix dry ingredients + lemon zest

2. Cut in butter until crumbly

3. Add milk, mix gently

4. Shape, cut, and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15–18 min
